| What is your return policy? |
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us!
- Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the day the package was delivered to you for a refund (less shipping fees & restocking fees) or to exchange with any other product(s) on our website. Please Email us for instructions prior to returning.
- A $5.00 or 20% (whichever is greater) restocking fee per item will be applied to all returns. A $5.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied to all exchanges.
- Please be sure to insure all returned packages. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages.
- Please include a legible copy of your sales receipt with all returns to assure that your return / exchange will be accurately processed. If your receipt is not available, please contact us to find out your order number prior to returning your order.
- We will not issue any refunds for merchandise shipped back after 7 days.
- We will not refund / exchange any used, altered, damaged product (e.g. missing stones, broken parts, scratches, or any sign of wear & tear). All used returns will be returned back to the sender.
